Metal Roof Refurbishment
In early 2024, SWC carried out the first official Klip-Lok roof remediation project in Darlinghurst, Sydney. This new system provides significant thermal benefits and adds an additional 30+ years of life to eligible metal roof decks. By converting the roof sheets to a membraned roof, there are also a multitude of other benefits including compliance with minimum fall requirements – 1:100 vs 1:57 required for metal roofs.
